Upon completion of the Maximo MXES New Features workshop, participants
will have acquired knowledge related to the following areas of enhancement:

- Preventive Maintenance and Condition Monitoring

This workshop is intended for individuals evaluating an upgrade to Maximo MXES,
Maximo super/power users, system administrators, implementation project managers
and anyone wishing to gain a clear understanding of the new capabilities and
enhancements in Maximo MXES.
Maximo MXES New Features is conduced in a computer lab where each participant
is given dedicated use of a computer for the duration of the class. The course
is comprised of presentations, examples, demonstrations and hands-on exercises.
The course is divided into sequenced modules, each one building on the last, in
order to encourage learning in an organized and structured format.
Module 1: Maximo MXES Overview - The Maximo MXES New Features
workshop begins by describing the overall architecture, the modules/applications
in MXES and basic navigation and queries.
Module 2: Asset Management Enhancements - This module reviews the
enhancements in the Asset Management applications of MXES.
Module 3: Work Management Enhancements - The next module focuses
on the enhancements made to the Work Management applications in MXES.
Module 4: Contract and Purchasing Enhancements - This module teaches
about the new functionalities around Contracts as well as the enhancements made to
the Purchasing applications in MXES.
Module 5: Utilities & Supporting Application Enhancements - This module
enables participants to gain an understanding of the enhancements and changes made to the
supporting applications and new utilities such as Escalations, Labour, People, Bulletin
Board, etc. in MXES.
